Jio, India's leading telecom operator, has started the year with its exciting "Happy New Year Offer 2024", specially designed for its prepaid users. The focal point of this offer is the expansion of the popular Rs. 2,999 annual prepaid plan, now boasting an impressive 389-day validity, thanks to an additional 24-day extension.

Especially Rs. 2,999 plan, this extension does not change the existing benefits but provides users with an extended period at a lower per day cost, providing a more economical solution.

Jio has detailed the offer on its terms and conditions page, stressing that users opting for Rs. 2,999 long-term prepaid recharge plan will get a voucher valid for 24 days. This voucher extends the plan period beyond the initial 365-day validity without interruption, offering a total of 389 days of uninterrupted service. Interested users can easily purchase this plan through Jio's prepaid plan page on its website or the user-friendly MyJio application.

During these additional 24 days, customers continue to enjoy the same benefits available during the regular validity period, effectively reducing the daily cost by Rs 10. 8.21 to Rs 7.70. This extended period offers users 2.5GB of 4G data per day.

The plan includes unlimited voice calls, 100 free SMS per day, and access to unlimited 5G data, subject to regional 5G service availability. In addition, subscribers can avail JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud services. Notably, the JioCinema subscription is the standard version, with the premium version available separately at Rs. 1,499 through the JioCinema portal. In addition, the JioTV Premium subscription provides access to a diverse array of 14 OTT apps under a single plan.
