Once the documents are verified, applicants will receive notifications via SMS or email to proceed with fee or tax payments. This online system eliminates the need for physical visits to government offices, saving time and effort for property owners.
Governor Kamran Khan Tessori's swift approval of the ordinance ensures its immediate implementation across the province. This move is made possible under Article 128 of the Constitution of Pakistan, granting the Governor the authority to enact such ordinances.
In addition to this significant development, Governor Tessori recently made headlines by announcing that individuals aged 75 and above, who have not yet performed Hajj or Umrah, will have their expenses covered for these religious pilgrimages. Eligible individuals can register with the Governor House, and selected candidates will be chosen through a balloting process.
This progressive initiative reflects the government's commitment to modernize administrative processes and facilitate citizens' access to essential services. With online property registration now a reality in Sindh, residents can expect greater convenience and efficiency in managing their property affairs.
